Welcome to my blog, and the Elizabeth Craft Designs Winter Sweater Blog Hop. Today the Elizabeth Craft Designs Design Team are having a special blog hop which features the Winter Sweater die set from Joset Designs.
The hop started on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog, so if you just happened to hop onto my blog you may want to head over there now so you can start at the beginning of the hop. You do want to miss anything and there is lots to see!
To start, die cut the reindeer from the Winter Sweater die set out of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Blend Walnut Stain Distress Ink over the entire surface of the reindeer and antlers. Blend Fired Brick Distress Oxide Ink over the entire circle. Set the reindeer pieces aside.
From the Winter Sweater die, die cut the sweater out of patterned paper from Graphic 45's Winter Wonderland Collection. Ink the edges of the sweater using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Using the Winter Sweater die, die cut the ribs for the sweater out of patterned paper from Graphic 45's Winter Wonderland Collection. Ink the edges of the sweater ribs using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Holiday Garlands 1 die, die cut the light bulb garland out of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Blend Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink down the middle of the light bulb garland. Blend Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide Ink on the light bulbs. Cut the lightbulb garland to fit the bottom of the sweater and the top of the sweater.
Die cut the hanger from the Winter Sweater die out of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Blend Walnut Stain Distress Ink with a blending tool and foam over the entire surface of the hanger.
You'll also need to cut out a small Entwined Circle from of the Entwined Circle Die out of patterned paper from Graphic 45's Winter Wonderland Collection.

Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the "Keep Calm and Get Your Jingle On" stamp and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Blend Walnut Stain Distress Ink over the entire sentiment. Cut the sentiment apart.
Adhere the nose to the middle of the reindeer face. Adhere the antlers to the top of the reindeer. Foam square the reindeer to the middle of the sweater. Adhere the sweater ribs at the top, bottom and the sides of the sweater.
Adhere the lightbulb garland at the top and bottom the sweater. Adhere the hanger at the top of the sweater.
Adhere the 3 3/4" piece of patterned paper to the 3 7/8" patterned paper piece. Adhere the 3 5/8" patterned paper piece to the 3 3/4" patterned paper piece.
Adhere the entwined circle to the middle of the patterned paper. Foam square the winter sweater onto the middle of the entwined circle.
To finish off the front of the card, adhere the "Keep Calm and Get Your Jingle On" sentiment to the left of the winter sweater. To finish the card, adhere the card front onto a piece of white cardstock that measures 4" x 8" and scored at 4".
Here's a closeup of the finished card.
