Planner Post #1 - Important Page

Happy Saturday! I was busy this week getting my planner set up for July and while I was creating, I created this fun Important Page, perfect to move in between each week for July. To create my page, I've used a variety of the dies from the Planner Essentials line. You'll want to read below to learn how to recreate my Important Page at home.

To start, die cut one of the labels out of the Planner Labels from White Soft Finish Cardstock. Apply Twisted Citron Distress Ink to the Important stamp and stamp onto the label. Ink the edges of the label using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Choose three labels from the Retro Labels stamp set. Apply Twisted Citron Distress Ink to the three label stamps and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Apply Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink to two of the labels and stamp onto the same White Soft Finish Cardstock piece. Fussy cut the five labels out. Write in each label the important dates. Ink the edges of the labels using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Planner Labels die, die cut the heart reinforcements out of a piece of patterned paper. Ink the edges of the heart reinforcements using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

From the Planner Essentials - 8 die, die cut the page out of a patterned paper piece. Ink the edges of the page using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.

Adhere the heart reinforcements overtop of the circles on the page.

To finish off the page, use foam squares to adhere the important label and labels to the page as desired.

Here are a few closeup photos of the finished page.
