Yesterday, my Thankful For Tags went live in the Graphic 45 newsletter as their #Simply G45 project for October. If you haven't signed up yet to receive their newsletter you'll want to, as they share #Simply G45 projects, Tutorials and sneak peeks of new collections coming! To sign up for their newsletter, head here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be a box where you can enter your email address. Here is the link for this month's news letter: http://us2.campaign-archive2.com/?u=b64e06a84841bebbbbebf8035&id=8849b179c5&e=98240cb9aa

For my #Simply G45 project, I was challenged to create a project using the "Thanks" ATC Tags from the Staples line. With the "Thanks" tags in hand, I set out and created a fabulous set of "Thankful For" tags, which can be passed out at Thanksgiving dinner and have everyone write down something they are thankful for or double as place cards on your Thanksgiving table.

Tip: To get the most use out of your patterned paper, fussy cut out some of the images from the leftover November Montage paper.

Here is the tutorial on how to make the "Thankful For" Tags at home:

Supplies Used:

- 12x12 Children's Hour Paper: November Collective & November Montage
- Children's Hour 6x6 Patterns & Solids
- Staples: "Thanks" Kraft ATC Tags
- Hug a Bug Seam Binding Ribbon: Cream
- ½” Circle Punch
- Corner Rounder
- Black Journal Pen
- Walnut Stain Distress Ink
- Blending Tool
- Sookwang Tape
- Foam Squares

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my project!

Back to School Card & Tag Set on the Graphic 45 Blog

Today I'm up on the Graphic 45 blog today with some a fun Back to School Card & Tag set featuring the new Inspire, Create and Imagine kraft  square tags and Children's Hour paper.  You can head over to the Graphic 45 blog to check out the rest of the photos of my project as well as fellow design team member Nico who has also created a fantastic project.

For our 60 minute project on the Graphic 45 blog this month, I went with a Back to School theme. Back to School is just around in the corner here in Canada and for others around the world back to school is already in full swing. I had lots of fun creating this card and tag set that featured paper from Children’s Hour.  The card and tag can be given to that special someone in your life who is going back to school.

Tip: To give some extra interest to your postage stamps, rolled down either the top left or right hand corners, to show a bit of the other side of the paper.

Using the leftovers from the September Collective and Montage paper, I was able to create this fun Imagine tag.

Supplies Used:

- 12x12 Children's Hour - September Collective and September Montage
- Staples: Inspire, Create, Imagine Kraft Tags & Shabby Chic Metal Keys
- Bazzill Cardstock: Cream Puff and Java Cardstock
- Distress Ink: Vintage Photo
- Blending Tool
- Edge Distressor
- Seam Binding Ribbon: Brown
- May Arts Ribbon - Brown Twine
- 1/2" Circle Punch
- Sookwang Tape
- Foam Squares
