Happy Saturday!
I have been playing along with the December Day By Day happening on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Facebook Group. So, for todays post, I thought I would share with you how to recreate Day 15 & 16 of my planner spreads.
To start, you'll need the tree patterned paper from the Christmas Market Paper Pack. Die cut the page from the Planner Essentials - 11 die out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the page using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Next, you'll need the wood snowflake patterned paper from the Christmas Market Paper Pack. Die cut the page from the Planner Essentials - 7 die out of the patterned paper. Ink the edges of the page using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the wood paper, die cut two of the strips from the Planner Essentials - 8 die. Cut the strips to fit each of the pages. Ink the edges of each strip using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the green patterned paper, cut a piece that measures 3 1/4" 4 1/4". Ink the edges of the rectangle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Choose one of the Planner Labels. Die cut the label out of a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Ink the edges of the label using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Planner Essentials - 17 die, die cut the number 15 & 16 as well as the backers out of black cardstock. Choose a couple pieces of patterned paper and cut one that measures 1" x 3/4" and cut the other paper to a piece that measures 1" x 1 1/2".
From the black snowflake paper, cut a piece that measures 3 3/4" x 5". Ink the edges of the rectangle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Die cut a 3 1/2" Stitched Indented Rectangle out of the red/snowflake paper. Die cut a 3" Stitched Indented Rectangle out of the black plaid paper. Ink the edges of the rectangles using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From one of the cut apart cards, cut one of the words into strips. Ink the edges of each strip using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Now, we will put the Day 15 page together.
Adhere the reinforcement strip that fits the tree page to the page.
Adhere the photo to the 3 1/4" green paper. Adhere the label to the bottom right side of the green paper. Adhere the photo to the middle of the page.
Adhere the number 15 with backers together. Adhere the number 15 to the left of the label. To finish the page, add journaling to the label.
Now we will create the Day 16 Page.
Adhere the reinforcement strip that fits the wood snowflake page to the page.
Adhere the 3" stitched indented rectangle to the 3 1/2" stitched rectangle. Adhere the 3 1/2" stitched indented rectangle to the middle of the page. Adhere the photo to the 3 3/4" rectangle paper. Adhere the 3 3/4" rectangle paper 1/2" from the left and 1 1/4" from the bottom of the page.
Adhere the number 16 to the backers. Adhere the number 16 to the right side of the photo. To finish the page, adhere the strip to the left side of the number.
Here are a few closeup photos of Day 15 & 16.
